Working slowly for BP
Started this for borderline BP, along with walking and reducing salt. Tablets are easy to swallow, no aftertaste. BP is a bit more stable now, though takes time. No side effects noticed so far. Delivery was on time, bottle was intact. Using it with other ayurvedic meds, so hard to say effect alone.
