Helped my chest tightness
I use it mainly when I feel tightness in breathing during cold weather. Works better when I take it regularly, effect is slower if I skip. I didn’t get any side effects, just mild dryness in throat once or twice. Smell of tablets is bit strong but tolerable.

Mild Relief for Dry Eyes
Taking for my dry eyes on doctor’s advice. After 3 weeks, slight relief noticed, especially in evenings. No side effects. Smell is neutral, easy to swallow. Delivery was prompt, no damage. Continuing use, hopeful it gets better with time.

Helped with mild cough
Bought it for dry cough and throat irritation, and within 4-5 days there was some relief. Tablets are easy to swallow, no bitterness. I take one after breakfast and one at night. No stomach issues. Seal was proper and delivery was on time. Not a miracle but definitely helpful for mild symptoms.
