Helped slowly but surely
Was taking this daily with warm water and saw slow changes in energy after 2 weeks. Capsules are easy to swallow, no smell. Did feel bit of acidity sometimes if taken on empty stomach, so now I take after breakfast. No side effects otherwise. Packaging was good, seal tight. Not a miracle, but working steadily.
