Bit bitter but effective
Tastes bitter, but gave decent relief in lower back stiffness and general tiredness. Started noticing change after 5 days. Texture is light. I mix with warm water and take early morning. No damage on bottle, came nicely packed.

Helps with tiredness
Bought it mainly for body ache and general tiredness after long days. After using for two weeks, feeling less fatigue. Taste is not pleasant, very bitter and a bit earthy, but manageable with honey. No issues with delivery. Using it in morning before food as suggested.

Good for breathing issue
Taste is bitter and strong but feels authentic. Took it twice daily, saw small relief in sinus congestion. Stomach handled it fine. Slight herbal aftertaste lingers. Delivery was fast, bottle intact. I keep it in fridge in summer, feels more palatable cold.
