I warm it slightly before applying and use it before bath. Smell is calming, texture is a bit thick but spreads well. Gives good relief from neck and back stiffness, especially after long screen time. Slight staining on clothes if not washed off properly. Bottle leaked a bit during delivery, but not much was wasted. Will buy again for sure.
