Started for bloating and minor urinary issue. Tablets are small and easy to take. Took almost a week to notice relief, but feels better now. No smell or bitterness. Packet arrived without damage. Taking one after lunch daily.

Useful for bloating issues
Tablets are dark and bit bitter, smell is herbal but not harsh. Helped with bloating and urine flow got better. I take it with warm water post lunch. Effect is not immediate but builds over time. One tablet was chipped in pack, otherwise ok only.
