Bit strong but helps
Smell is quite strong, very bitter taste. Taking with warm water for skin issues. Slight improvement in patches after 2 weeks. Bottle cap was loose on arrival but no leak. Keeping it in fridge after opening.

Helps with heat rashes
Taste is quite bitter, but that’s expected with these decoctions. Been taking it mixed with warm water as advised. Helps with mild heat rashes and general inflammation—noticed it after about a week. The bottle cap was slightly loose but nothing spilled. I keep it in fridge, otherwise smells a bit strong.
