Slow but steady results
Using these along with diet changes for weight control and bloating. Effect is not fast but after a month I felt less heaviness and cravings reduced slightly. No loose motions or stomach discomfort, which was good. Capsules have mild herbal smell only. I mostly take them at night due to office stress during day. Delivery was on time. Results are subtle but feels safe for long term use.
