Good for sugar control
Started this on my neighbour’s advice for borderline sugar levels. Been taking regularly for two months, feel less tired now and sugar is bit more stable. Taste is bitter but manageable. Comes in a thick bottle, delivery was ok. Sometimes I forget evening dose, still ok only. Slightly strong smell but not too bad.

Bit strong but works
Taking 2 tablets twice daily before meals. Slight bitter aftertaste but manageable. Sugar levels are more stable now, less tired feeling in evenings. No dizziness or cramps. Tablets are slightly large but not too hard. Seal was proper, box neat. Noticed tiny chip on one tablet but rest were ok.
