Been taking it daily after lunch for 3 weeks. Taste is ok only, bit bitter if chewed accidentally. Helped reduce stiffness in knees, especially in morning. Didn't feel any strong effect initially, but after some days movement became smoother. No stomach upset. Packaging was clean, seal tight. Tablet size manageable. Good if you’re regular.

Was suggested by Ayurvedic doc for stiffness and mild pain in knees. After 3 weeks, I’m seeing gradual ease while walking. Smell is strong herbal, a bit bitter taste but manageable with warm water. No side effects so far. Took regularly morning and evening. One tablet was chipped but rest all fine.

Bitterness is strong even in tablet form. Skin flare-up near elbow reduced gradually in 2 weeks. Taking daily after meals with warm water. No stomach issue. Blister came with all tablets intact. Would have preferred a little less smell but works ok.
