Good for daily bloating
Bloating after lunch is better since I started this. Mild bitter taste but gets used to it. Taking with warm water. No major changes otherwise but overall feeling lighter. Bottle was packed tightly, no leak or damage. Happy so far.

For monthly cramps
Using since 2 cycles for period-related weakness. Taste is sharp but after food it’s okay. Gives some energy, cramps feel less now. No breakouts or bloating. Delivered in bubble wrap, bottle in perfect condition.

Energy level better now
Taste is quite sharp and strong but manageable with water. Felt less bloated and energy level picked up after a few days. Took it in morning on empty stomach. Helps with periods too but result not very fast. Bit of sediment at bottom so shake well. Overall happy with how it works on system.
