Taste is bit strong and bitter but I got used to it after a few days. Been taking it daily after meals and energy levels have slightly improved, especially in the mornings. Comes in a glass bottle, seal was tight and no leakage. Not sure about long-term effect on iron but feels okay so far. My digestion also seems bit smoother now, could be helping indirectly.

Took it after lunch as suggested by my uncle, and within a week digestion felt smoother and that usual heavy feeling reduced a bit. Taste is quite strong and bitter so I dilute with warm water. Glass bottle is sturdy, came tightly sealed. Smell is herbal but not too overwhelming. Using daily now, seems to help especially during festival overeating.

Taste is metallic and smell is quite strong, so I mix it with little honey or water. Helps in my mild anaemia, feeling less tired now. No side effects so far, digestion also ok. Glass bottle was well packed with plastic wrap inside. Cap seal was slightly crooked but liquid was safe inside.
