Heavy on stomach first
Started these capsules after meals but first few days felt heavy. Reduced dose to one a day, now ok. Skin issues slightly better. No weird smell, easy to swallow. Took time to adjust but feels worth trying for acne-prone skin.

Skin cleared up slowly
Took it mainly for small skin patches and heat-related breakouts. Bit ghee smell in capsules but not too strong. Took nearly 3 weeks to see clear changes but overall skin looks better now. No side effects, digestion also felt more balanced. Not a quick fix but works slow and steady if taken regularly.
