Cooling but very slow
Started using due to excess body heat, took 2 weeks to feel anything. Taste is ok, slightly sweet. Good for summer maybe. Still continuing. Didn’t see major changes yet but feels cooling inside. Came nicely packed.

Nice for summer heat
Using it during this hot season and it’s giving cooling effect, especially for skin itching. Smell is mild and earthy. Not very tasty but manageable. No major results in first week but slowly seeing difference in energy and sweating. Comes in glass bottle, no leak. Drink with some water, not directly. Happy overall.

Cooling for heat boils
Started taking in peak summer as advised. Taste is sweetish with herbal aftertaste. Helped reduce heat rashes slowly. Felt mild acidity if taken early morning without food, so I shifted to post-meal. Bottle came clean, no leak.
