Helpful for fever feeling
During weather change I take this 2 times a day and it helps with mild feverish feeling. Bitter taste but used to it now. Works better with rest also. No side effects seen. Delivery was late by 2 days but bottle was fine.

Cough reduced in 2 days
Caught a cold after rains and this helped quickly with feverish feeling and throat pain. Tastes very bitter, so I mix with warm water. After 2–3 uses, cough started settling. Smell is strong but doesn’t linger. Bottle was wrapped nicely, came without any breakage. Good for seasonal relief.

Fever support helped
Gave during viral episode along with light diet and rest. Taste is quite bitter so had with warm water. Helped manage body heat and recovery was smoother. Didn't spike fever again. Took twice daily for 4 days. Slightly sticky bottle neck, but no leakage. Overall good traditional support.
