Good for sugar levels
I take it daily before lunch and it helps control sugar spikes decently, but the taste is quite strong and herbal. Sometimes feels a bit too bitter for me. My father also tried and said it suits him. No stomach upset so far. Delivery was quick and packing was neat. Using from 3 weeks now.
