Started taking it for my sinus headaches and it helped within a week, especially in the mornings. Taste is very bitter but manageable if mixed with warm water. The smell is strong and herbal but not unpleasant. Bottle was sealed well and no leakage. I take it on empty stomach and it feels effective but slightly drying in throat if I skip water after.
