Ok for swelling relief
Used it for mild leg swelling after long standing. When applied with warm oil, gave soothing feeling but effect didn’t last very long. Smell is strong but not bad. Powder consistency is bit rough, so mix properly. Packaging was fine. Maybe I’ll try longer to see better result.

Ok only for my joints
Using it for joint stiffness, feels ok only so far. Texture is fine powder, easy to apply. Smell is decent. No irritation. Seal was proper. Might take more time to show effect. I use it with warm oil.
