Heating for joint pain relief
I used it as a lepam for knee pain and it gives good warmth after applying with hot water. Smell is quite earthy and a bit pungent. Helped reduce stiffness slowly after regular use for a few days. Bit messy to use though, stains towel slightly and hard to clean completely. Quantity is decent. No leakage or damage in delivery.

Quite effective for pain
Used it for body pain and muscle stiffness, mixed with warm water. Taste is very earthy, not everyone will like. But honestly works decently after few uses, legs felt lighter after work. Slight lump in powder but not much. Packed ok, no leak or damage.
