Smells strong but gives relief
Smells very herbal and strong, my mother didn’t like the smell much but when applied on lower back with warm water, gave nice warmth and some relief from pain. Bit messy to handle and sticks to fingers, but works better than pain oil. We use it before bath. No skin issues.

Nice for winter body pain
I mix with warm water and apply on lower back after work. Smell is quite strong, but feels relaxing after 15–20 mins. Bit messy to handle, powder sticks to fingers, but no stains. Reduced the pain during cold evenings. Comes in good pouch but needed extra clip to reseal. Better if used with hot compress.

Helps with pain mix
I use this with warm sesame oil for my father’s knee pain massage. Texture is slightly coarse, smell is pungent but gives relief. Works better if used after hot water bath. Pouch was sealed properly. Slight clumping near edges but breaks easily by hand. Quite effective when used daily.
