Hopeful for long term
Using it for memory and stress since 2 weeks, can’t say strong result yet but sleep is bit better. Texture is thick and buttery, melts easily in warm milk. Taste is very herbal, takes time to adjust. No stomach upset. Bottle was packed properly, no spill. I feel hopeful with continued use, need to give it time.

Slow but calming
Takes time but mentally feels more balanced now. Taste is oily and herbal, bit hard to take at first. I take on empty stomach with warm milk. Texture is thick but smooth. No leak, bottle was well packed. Mild acidity first day, gone now.

Mental calmness improved
Used half teaspoon daily with warm milk. Slightly oily but pleasant taste, mild herbal smell. Felt more relaxed during stressful weeks, sleep quality improved slightly. Took nearly 2 weeks to feel changes. Ghee was clean, no foul smell. Jar is good quality, no leak. Worth continuing.
