Bit heavy in summer
Texture is very thick and smells quite herbal. I took it early morning with warm water but felt slightly heavy on stomach during summer. However, it did help my periods become more regular and cramps also reduced after a month. Maybe better to take in cooler season. No side effects. Delivery was fast and neat, no leak.

Gentle but slow results
I bought this after my delivery as advised by vaidyan. Took daily with warm water, taste is ok, slightly herbal. Helped a bit with bloating and digestion, but takes time. Texture is thick so needs mixing well. Jar was packed nicely. One day I missed dose and could feel difference. Not instant relief but good over time.

Helpful during period pain
Started for irregular cycles and cramp pain, using with warm water at night. Slight relief after a few uses. Smells herbal but not bad. Texture is thick but melts easily. Came in safe pack, no leak.
