Feel lighter after meals
Using daily after lunch and dinner, feels quite light in the stomach now. Earlier I had gas and heaviness issue, now much better. Tablets are small and easy to swallow, slight herbal smell but ok only. Took around a week to notice difference. Bottle seal was fine and came in good condition. Using regularly now, no side effect seen.

Useful in heat issues
Took these mainly for frequent nosebleeds and heat rashes. Noticed some reduction in 10–12 days. Smell is strong but not unpleasant. Works better if taken early morning. Seal was tight. No missing tablets.
