Good for daily stiffness
Bought for body stiffness and light joint pain after work. Tablets are easy to swallow, no smell. Noticed improvement in flexibility within a week, especially neck and lower back. I’m taking it before dinner. One strip was missing from the pack though customer support replaced quickly. Happy overall.
