Good for gas and motion
Taking it mainly for constipation and gas issues. Tablets are a bit strong in smell but work fine. I usually take them before bed and next morning motion is better. Sometimes it works too well and motion becomes a bit loose, so I skip it for a day. Overall useful if taken carefully. No leakage or damage

Helped with bloating
Was feeling bloated after meals, so tried this. Took two tablets with warm water and gas issue reduced slowly. Noticed result in 4–5 days. Bottle was compact and came without damage.

Mild laxative with herbal feel
Used it during travel to avoid constipation. Acts mild, not harsh on stomach. Works best with warm water in night. Didn’t face cramps or urgency. Tablet taste is bitter and has herbal smell. I use it occasionally now when diet is off. One tablet was slightly chipped in corner but still usable. Rest all was fine. No side effect so far.
