Tablet ok only
Been using it for 2 weeks, pain relief is there but slow. Sometimes doesn’t work if pain is strong. Easy to swallow. No side effects. One strip had a missing tablet though. Hoping it improves with time.

Good for joint stiffness
Using it since 3 weeks, slightly bitter taste but manageable with warm water. Helped reduce my knee stiffness in the mornings, pain still comes sometimes after long day. Smell is herbal but not too strong. No stomach issue noticed. Delivery was on time, seal was intact. Bit slow in showing effect, but I’ll continue for another month to see better results.

Decent for stiffness
Using for neck and shoulder stiffness, effect is mild but I feel a bit relaxed after few days. No acidity or discomfort after taking. Easy to swallow, no bad smell. Got full blister, no missing tablet. Packing was clean and flat, expiry was long. Taking with warm water after food as suggested.
