Started using for chronic neck stiffness from long laptop hours. Took almost 3 weeks to feel a difference, but now there's definite ease. Doesn’t make me drowsy or anything. Capsule size is normal. No smell or aftertaste. One cap was slightly loose when it came, but rest were fine. Overall not bad.
