Helps in back pain
Started during winter when backache got worse. Pain reduced slowly after regular use with warm water. Smell is strong herbal but didn’t bother much. Strip is tight to open sometimes but good otherwise.

Back pain eased slowly
Lower back pain from long sitting reduced after 10 days of use. No side effect. Capsule smell is there but nothing strong. I take with warm water. Packaging was clean and neat. Would buy again for long-term use

Back pain eased after use
Started using for lower back pain from long driving hours, and after one week stiffness got better. Smell is strong herbal but manageable. No drowsiness or side effects. Packaging was clean, just minor wrinkle on side. Felt more flexible after morning dose. Doesn’t act very fast but shows steady relief if continued properly.
