Tablets are ok only
Started taking after my morning tea, noticed some reduction in stiffness but effect is a bit slow. Tablets are small, easy to swallow. Slight bitterness if you don’t take with enough water. No upset stomach, which is good. Bottle was tightly sealed. Maybe needs longer usage to see full results, using it mainly for shoulder aches.

Bones feel stronger now
Been giving to my mother daily with milk, her knee pain while climbing stairs reduced gradually. No complaints of gas or heaviness. Tablets are medium size, not hard to swallow. Smell is mild. Didn’t notice any side effects. Bottle came tightly sealed. Overall decent for long term joint support, not overnight cure.
