Works slowly but helps
Started using for piles issue after doctor suggestion. First week no change, but after 10 days noticed less pain during passing. Capsule has herbal smell, not very strong. One night caused slight bloating, but next day was fine. No leak in bottle. Delivery was normal. I take it with buttermilk. Helps slowly but surely.

Relief in piles flare
Helped during recent flare-up, swelling reduced after 3–4 days. Still using for maintenance. Capsules are small and no odd smell. I take before breakfast. Packaging was standard, nothing fancy. Delivery was fast. Feel better now but need to continue for full results.
