I took it mostly after lunch as my digestion was acting funny during office hours. Taste is slightly bitter, but manageable with water. It worked slowly-slowly, like in a week or so my bloating got less. Sometimes I skipped and felt the difference, so seems to work. No side effects luckily. Tablets are a bit large for my liking but ok only. Packaging was proper, no damage.

Had this after lunch for few days, felt lighter in stomach and less acidity in evenings. Smell is bit strong and herbal. No side effects till now. Tablets didn’t stick or clump which I liked. Slight improvement in appetite also. Using daily before meal, result is not instant but works gradually. Delivery was normal, nothing broken.

I was feeling heaviness and frequent burping after meals, this helped reduce that slowly. Need to take consistently. Slight bitterness but ok with water. Didn’t cause any discomfort.
