Helps with dry patches
Applied this on rough psoriasis areas, twice daily. Cream is smooth, absorbs nicely, bit oily but manageable. Skin feels softer in 3–4 days, itching reduced slightly. Still waiting for more improvement. Tub came with inner foil seal intact. Decent overall.
