Helped with stress headache
I take one tablet after lunch when work pressure gets too much. It helps calm down tension headaches within 30–40 mins. Doesn’t make me drowsy. Taste is herbal, not bad. Tablet size is small, easy to swallow. No side effects so far. Just that one strip had a slight dent but tablets were fine.
