Feels warm and stimulating
Used this for external massage as advised. The oil has a warming feel and absorbs slowly. Helps with stiffness and some nerve pain. Smell is quite strong but expected in Ayurvedic oil. I use it twice a week, leave it for one hour then wash. Cap was a bit loose once but no leak, so okay only.

Earthy oil boosts energy
Texture is thick, needs gentle rubbing. Using it before bath, noticed slight improvement in energy and mood. Bit sticky, so I leave it for 20 mins only. Cap was tight and no leakage. Smell is strong but earthy.
