Strong Taste, Gradual Energy
Started using for my mild anaemia, taste is very metallic and strong—had to mix with honey. Noticed slight improvement in energy but taking longer than expected. Bottle was fine, but cap was a bit loose so I had to tighten with tape while travelling. Will continue for few more weeks to see

Bit strong but feels ok
Taste is sharp and quite strong for me, so I take it diluted with warm water. Feeling little lightness in digestion and iron levels seem better. Using only once a day for now. Bottle came with a small dent but no leakage.

Bit strong but works
Tastes very metallic and slightly bitter, so I dilute it more. Started for low energy and digestion, feeling lighter after meals now. Took almost 10 days to notice any change. Bottle had a minor dent on one side but seal was proper. Using it at night as advised.
