I took it for acne and mild itching during heat season. It’s quite bitter but manageable with warm water. Tablets are a bit big but no bad smell. After about 2 weeks, saw slow improvement in skin patches. Didn't upset stomach. Didn’t see much effect on energy levels. Comes sealed properly, bottle was intact.
