Works ok for digestion
I took it after meals for a few days, helped reduce bloating. Taste is quite spicy so better with honey or ghee. Bit hard to mix sometimes, clumps a little. Overall useful, but not for empty stomach. Delivery was quick and well packed.

Helps digestion after meals
Nice for clearing heaviness after a heavy meal; the kick is mild but effective. Powder is fresh, slightly pungent and mixes well with honey. Once it felt a bit too heating, so I reduced the amount. Packaging was simple and clean. Helps digestion during travel days when I eat outside food more often.
