Helps Clear Skin Patches
Taste is quite bitter, no escaping that, but seems to be working for my skin patches and mild acne flare-ups. Have to mix with warm water, which makes it a bit easier. Took it after food as advised. After about 10 days, skin looks clearer, less itchy. Bottle cap was slightly loose, but no spillage. Smell is typical ayurvedic type, manageable.
