Good for postnatal care
Taking it on doctor’s advice after delivery. Slight bitter taste but feels warm and balancing. Body pain has reduced slowly over 3 weeks. Boil and drink routine takes effort, but worth it. Bottle was packed properly.

Reduced my back stiffness
Started after delivery on my mother’s advice. Gradually back pain and heaviness improved. Taste is bitter and slightly oily but manageable. I mix it with warm water. Seal was tight and bottle sturdy.

Some relief from stiffness
Took this after sprain and for general body pain. Took few days to get used to bitter taste. After 2 weeks, felt mild reduction in lower back stiffness. Thick decoction, needs shaking before use. Bottle arrived with slightly loose cap but no leak. Good to use with light meals.
