Good for postnatal care
My aunt recommended it after delivery—helped with body aches and digestion. Taste is very strong and bit bitter but manageable with honey. No side effects. Packaging was simple but bottle arrived with slight dent.

Some relief from stiffness
Took this after sprain and for general body pain. Took few days to get used to bitter taste. After 2 weeks, felt mild reduction in lower back stiffness. Thick decoction, needs shaking before use. Bottle arrived with slightly loose cap but no leak. Good to use with light meals.
