Strong smell but good result
Taste is very bitter and smell also quite strong, not for everyone maybe. I took with warm water as advised, and helped in easing my constipation next morning without cramps. After 4 days I started using every other day. Seal was very tight which is good.

Light on stomach
Helps with constipation and gas after heavy dinner. Taste is bitter but manageable. Shows effect in early morning without stomach pain. Smell is strong, like most kashayams. Delivery was fast and well packed.

Works slow but steady
Smells pungent and tastes quite bitter, I mix with warm water to dilute. Using for constipation and mild swelling in legs. Noticed gradual improvement after a week. No cramps or side effect. Seal was proper, no spill. I take it early morning before food. Bottle is travel-friendly size. Not pleasant taste but effect is decent.
