Skin itching has reduced
Had some minor skin issues and doctor suggested this. Using since two weeks, itching and small boils near elbows have come down. Taste is bitter like neem but manageable. No leak in bottle but label was half peeled. Still okay to use. I think it's working slowly but steadily.

Bit strong but useful
Taste is very strong and bitter, I mix with honey to manage. Skin itching has come down a bit after 10 days. Took daily after lunch. Bottle seal was fine. Works slowly but some change is there.
