Took time to show effect
Had it for mild liver issue, not much change in first week but slowly appetite improved. Smell is typical bitter Ayurvedic type. Need patience, not instant. Seal was tight, no tablet missing. Will continue and see.

Bit bitter but helpful
Taste is quite bitter but I got used to it. Took it for body heat and skin issues. Helped reduce itching after a week. Smell is typical herbal. One bottle had tiny leak near the cap, but delivery was otherwise ok.

Ok for heat rashes
Tried this for body heat and rashes, saw small difference after one week. Taste is strong and bitter, had to mix with honey. Took it twice daily. Not a big change but felt less heat boils during this summer. I might try again later.

Used during summer months when skin was acting up with boils and itching, felt cooling from inside. Bit bitter taste but manageable. Took it twice daily. Packaging was ok only, bottle slightly sticky from outside.
