Good relief in cold days
Started taking this with honey during seasonal cold, taste is quite sharp and bitter but manageable. Smells strong like crushed leaves. Helped reduce nose blockage slowly after 2–3 days. No upset stomach. Comes in a small bottle, easy to store. Seal was tight and no spillage. I use it only when symptoms come, not daily. Bit pricey for the quantity but effect was decent.
