Good product for mind and body. Take 1 teaspoon during the day and 1 teaspoon at night with mildly heated milk or mildly heated water for adults.

Using it mainly for improving concentration during work hours. Taste is bitter and thick, takes some getting used to. But after a few days, mind feels a bit sharper and less distracted. I take it with warm milk as told by vaidyar. Comes sealed properly. Good overall, though not sure if it works same every day, maybe depends on sleep or mood.

Bit strong smell and taste, but I felt more clear and calm after using for a week. Took it early morning with warm water, noticed better concentration during office hours. Texture is thick and slightly oily, not everyone's cup of tea. No packaging issue though, came sealed properly and date was fresh

Thick consistency, takes effort to mix with warm milk. Mildly bitter aftertaste. Started feeling calmer after 1 week, not sure if placebo or real. No stomach upset. Jar was well packed with double seal, label slightly smudged.
