Using it mainly for improving concentration during work hours. Taste is bitter and thick, takes some getting used to. But after a few days, mind feels a bit sharper and less distracted. I take it with warm milk as told by vaidyar. Comes sealed properly. Good overall, though not sure if it works same every day, maybe depends on sleep or mood.

Texture is thick and slightly oily, not everyone's cup of tea. No packaging issue though, came sealed properly and date was fresh
