Been taking it regularly after meals, and it’s working slowly but nicely for my digestion. Earlier I had slight bloating and heaviness after lunch, especially in office. This feels light on stomach and no bitterness. Slight herbal smell but that’s ok. One strip had a corner slightly bent, but tablets were fine. I’m planning to continue and see how it goes.
