Slight relief in shoulder pain
Using for frozen shoulder. Massage helps loosen joint a bit but oil is quite thick and stains bedsheet even after wiping. Absorbs slow. Smell is strong but ok for night. Result is not dramatic but gives warmth and slight comfort. Delivery was fine.
