Calmer days with fewer hot flashes
Taking 1 capsule post lunch. Hot flashes reduced and sleep slightly better after 2 weeks. Didn't expect such calmness. No bad smell or aftertaste. Delivery came in 2 days. Only thing, capsules are big in size.
