Good for minor sprain
Used it on ankle sprain, helped reduce pain slowly. Smell is strong but not unpleasant. Bit sticky so better to use at night. Absorbs slowly. Cap was tight, no leak. Applied twice daily for a week. Gave decent relief without burning.
