Heavy taste but helps gas
Bit strong and bitter, but works well for gas and heaviness. I take it with warm water before dinner. After 4 days, felt better in stomach. Helps after oily food. Smell is typical ayurvedic, not for everyone. Bottle was sealed tight. Didn’t suit my cousin though.
