Bit messy but useful
Powder is very fine, needs careful mixing or it clumps. Smell is decent. Taking for menstrual discomfort and noticed mild relief in cramping. Needs warm water to blend properly. Pouch had a small tear on side but inside was clean. Wish it came in bottle form also.

Herbal powder with mild relief
Tastes quite bitter but manageable with warm water. Been taking it during periods and noticed some relief in cramps and white discharge. Texture is a bit powdery-dry, so sometimes it clumps if not mixed fast. Smells strongly herbal but not too bothersome. No side effects so far. Tin box was sealed properly, delivery was fine, arrived on time.
